Acceptable use
You may only publish genuine experiences. Fake reviews, bribes for ratings, selective invites only to satisfied customers, and impersonation are prohibited.
Business accounts
A free business account includes page verification, public replies, widgets, email notifications, and a monthly allowance of review invites. Paid plans add more invites and features as listed in pricing. Paid features never include removal of negative reviews or changes to RanqaScore.
The platform
The platform is provided as is. RanqaScore is a time-weighted public rating. For search engines we publish the arithmetic average via Schema.org AggregateRating.
Consumer review rules
We follow applicable EU rules for online consumer reviews, including transparency about how reviews are collected.
